QR code to activate Glow Club Membership

1) What is the Glow Club? 

A simple "skin-scription" - $97/month for a 30-min Express Glow Facial, plus VIP perks that make staying consistent (and glowing) easy.

 

2) What are the VIP perks again? 😎

  • Monthly 30-min Express Glow Facial—fast, results-driven, blissful.

  • 10% off every product + FREE shipping.

  • Priority booking—48-hour head start on prime slots.

  • Early access to new treatments at special member pricing.

  • Skin Anniversary Rewards—surprises for your skin wins + birthday brow wax upgrade.

  • Build-Your-Own Treatment Rewards—after 3 full-service treatments, earn 1 full treatment with premium add-ons at $0.

  • Bring-Your-Bestie Referral—book full services for you + a friend and YOUR treatment is 50% off (once per year).

 

3) How can I activate my membership? 👍🏾

You can activate your membership by clicking the button or scanning the QR code 👈🏾👈🏾. The first $97 bills immediately; your renewals run on that same calendar day each month.

 

4) How do I book my monthly facial? 💆🏾‍♀️

Members get a private booking link to a $0 service called “Express Glow Facial – Member.” Pick your time, show up, glow out.

 

6) Is there a commitment? 🔒

Yes—3 months minimum so we can deliver visible change. After that, it’s month-to-month with 7-day notice to cancel.

 

7) What if I miss a month or travel? ✈️

One treatment rolls over to the next month (max 1 banked). Easy.

 

8) Will my price go up later? 🤑

The membership price of $97/month is locked as long as you stay active. Breaks in memberships and future members may pay more.

 

9) Can I use my 10% product perk online and in-spa and is shipping really free? 🧴

Yep! Your discount applies in-spa and online, and shipping is free. For clients who order GlyMed Plus products from my online store, I'll work with you to ensure you get this this perk. Starting Sept. 1, non-members will be charged a shipping fee of $7 for product orders delivered to their home.

 

10) Do the member perks stack with other promos? 📆

Member promos usually don’t stack with public sales (so your perk is always worth something). If we make an exception, we’ll say so.

 

11) What counts toward the “3 full-service treatments” reward? ❇️

Any non-Express, full-length facial at regular price. After three, you earn one full treatment with premium add-ons at no extra cost—we’ll track it for you.

 

12) How does the Bestie referral work? 👩🏾‍🤝‍👩🏽

Book full services for you and your friend on the same day and YOUR treatment as a Glow Club member is 50% off (limit one use per year). Referral credits can’t be combined.

 

13) Can I pause my membership? 📆

If life happens, use your 1-month rollover or cancel with 7-day notice and rejoin later (space permitting).

 

14) Is the membership transferable or shareable? 

No—one member, one glow. (But bring your bestie for that 50% day!)

 

15 I have sensitive skin. Is the Express Glow Facial safe for me? 🌿

Yes—treatment is customized each visit. We’ll adjust enzymes/exfoliation and keep barrier-friendly actives front and center.

 

16) Will I see a difference in my skin? 👀

Yes! The most important ingredient for amazing, healthy skin is CONSISTENCY! 💫 When you use the proper homecare products for your skin and pair it with professional treatments, and you do this consistently, your skin will definitely respond. Believe me, I have Instagram before/after pics to prove it. If you've been putting yourself (and your skin) on the backburner, it's time to prioritize self-care. You deserve it!
