1. What is the Glow Club? ✨

The Glow Club is The Beauty Kitchen Day Spa’s monthly skincare membership designed to make professional skincare easier, more consistent, and more rewarding.

Choose from:

🌿 Express Glow — $97/month
Includes one 30-minute Express Glow Facial each month.

✨ Signature Glow — $165/month
Includes one customized 60-minute Signature Glow Facial each month, with Microdermabrasion when appropriate for your skin.

Both memberships also include exclusive member perks, rewards, and the flexibility to upgrade your treatment when you want a little more.

2. How do I activate and use my membership? 💆🏾‍♀️

Simply select your preferred Glow Club membership and complete your enrollment. Your membership begins immediately and automatically renews on the same calendar day each month.

When you’re ready to schedule, book the facial associated with your membership through The Beauty Kitchen Day Spa booking site.

3. Can I use my membership toward a different treatment? 💎

Absolutely! Your monthly membership payment can be applied toward an eligible higher-priced treatment.

🌿 Express Members: Your $97 membership value is applied to the treatment, and you pay the difference.

✨ Signature Members: Your $165 membership value is applied to the treatment, and you pay the difference.

This gives you the flexibility to enjoy your regular monthly facial or level up to another eligible treatment without paying for both.

4. How does the Glow Upgrade Reward work? 🎁

Complete three qualifying upgraded treatments, and your 4th qualifying upgrade is on us!

Your regular monthly membership payment will still process and be applied toward your treatment. On your fourth qualifying upgrade, we’ll waive the additional upgrade cost.

Please note: Microneedling and Microchanneling do not count toward earning the Glow Upgrade Reward and cannot be redeemed as the complimentary upgrade. Additional exclusions may apply to packages, promotional services, or select advanced treatments.

5. How does the Share the Glow Referral Reward work? 👯‍♀️

Love your Glow Club experience? Share it with someone new and you’ll both be rewarded!

✨ Your referral receives $25 off their first qualifying full-priced facial.

🎁 You receive a $25 Glow Credit after your referral completes their qualifying appointment.

There is no annual limit on the number of qualifying referrals you can make. If you keep sending new clients our way, you can keep earning Glow Credits!

Glow Credits:

• May be applied toward eligible treatment upgrades or skincare product purchases
• May be combined and accumulated up to a maximum balance of $100
• Are valid for 6 months from the date each credit is earned
• Cannot be applied toward monthly Glow Club membership payments
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Cannot be transferred to another person
• Cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated
• Cannot be used toward Microneedling or Microchanneling

The referral reward is available for new clients only, and the $25 Glow Credit is issued after the referred client completes their qualifying full-priced facial.

6. What happens if I miss a month? ✈️

Life happens! You may roll over one unused membership treatment into the following month.

A maximum of one treatment may be banked at a time, so regular monthly visits are encouraged to get the most from your membership and maintain consistent results.

7. What product benefits do members receive? 🛍️

All Glow Club members receive 10% off eligible skincare products purchased through The Beauty Kitchen Day Spa.

✨ Signature Glow members also receive complimentary shipping on eligible skincare product orders.

Shipping charges apply to Express Glow members.

Member product discounts generally cannot be combined with other promotions or sales unless otherwise stated.

8. Is there a membership commitment? 🔒

Yes. Glow Club memberships require an initial 3-month commitment, so we have time to establish consistency in your professional skincare routine. After the initial three months, your membership continues month-to-month and may be canceled with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.

9. Can I pause or cancel my membership? 📅

Glow Club memberships do not currently include a formal pause option. If you need to miss a month, you may use your one-treatment rollover. If you need a longer break, you may cancel your membership after your initial 3-month commitment and rejoin later, subject to membership availability and current pricing. Your membership rate is locked in while your membership remains continuously active. If you cancel and rejoin later, the current membership rate at that time will apply.

10. Which Glow Club membership is right for me? 🌿✨

Choose Express Glow if you want a quick, consistent monthly treatment that keeps professional skincare in your routine without a big time commitment. Choose Signature Glow if you want a more comprehensive 60-minute facial, greater customization, Microdermabrasion when appropriate, complimentary product shipping, and an elevated monthly skincare experience.
